Strength & Conditioning

The Strength and Conditioning program at Shattuck-St. Mary’s has tailored a Crossfit-based, functional fitness program for the boys and girls soccer teams that incorporates the 10 basic elements of fitness.  Most teams have two strength and conditioning sessions per week throughout the year in our newly renovated weight room facility.
