Bob Moullin
Head Coach U16DA Boys
A native of Manchester, England, Bob is a former full-time staff coach for US Soccer and brings over 30 years of coaching experience at club, high school, college and national levels to the SSM Soccer Program.
Most recently, Bob was the Director of Coaching for the AFC Lightning in Fayetteville, Georgia. In this position, Bob oversaw both full and part-time staff and coached the club’s boys and girls select teams.
Bob’s coaching resume includes 15 years of coaching at Flagler College (NCAA Division II) where he coached both men’s and women’s teams. In 2008 he was inducted into their Hall of Fame. Following his stint with US Soccer, Bob also coached at Jacksonville University (NCAA Division I) for four years where he was tasked with rebuilding their program. Bob has amassed over 200 collegiate wins while winning six conference titles and coaching 22 All-American and Academic All-American players.
While working for US Soccer as a national staff coach, Bob was responsible for overseeing the twelve states that comprised the South region of the country. During this time he focused on improving coaching education, player development, and the Olympic Development Programs and Centers of Excellence programs offered at the state level. In addition, Bob was the Head Regional Coach for Region III for eight years, coached in four Olympic Sport Festivals and served as an Assistant Coach for the US Soccer Under-17 national team in two World Cups in 1991 and 1993.
Bob holds a USSF “A” License, National Youth License and a B.A. Degree in Recreation Management from Flagler College. Bob continues to serve US Soccer as an instructor at US Soccer National coaching schools.

Tommy Nienhaus
Assistant Coach U16DA Boys
Joining our coaching staff as an assistant coach for U17 Boys is Tommy Nienhaus. An Indiana native, Tommy previously served as the Boys Head Varsity Coach at Lawrence North High School for the 2007 and 2008 seasons where his team posted an overall record of 24-6-8 and was a state high school Sectional runner-up in 2008.
In addition, he was also a member of the club coaching staff for both FC Pride and Carmel United and served as a coach within the Indiana Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program where he coached several current SSM players.
A certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NCSA and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the NASM, Tommy will also be involved developing strength and conditioning programs for players within our academy. In addition, he also holds a coaching lisence from US soccer, a National Diploma from the NSCAA and a Master’s degree from Exercise Science with an emphasis in rehabilitation from California University of Pennsylvania.
Tommy and his wife Cathy have two children, Adalyn and Daygn.
