What is the cost?
- 12 sessions – $3,600
- $300/session (minimum 10 sessions)
- 50% of fee is due with application.

- Sunday (morning or afternoon)
- Wednesday or Friday (evenings only)

What is the training program structure?
- The structure is customized by the club representative. Teams train1-2 times per week with no limit on the total amount of sessions. A minimum of 12 sessions is required. The team coach works closely with the SSM coach to develop a training plan by identifying areas needing improvement.

How does the club coach benefit?
- A mentor relationship is established between the team coach and the SSM coach assigned to train the team. This relationship enhances the coaching process by providing a weekly exchange of information as well as presenting the opportunity for coaches to discuss tactics and strategies for team development.

What happens in case of cancellation?
- Cancellations will be decided upon by the club coach and the SSM coach. The club coach is responsible for communicating any cancellation to members of the team. Cancellations occur for two reasons:
- Team falls below the minimum number of twelve players for a training session
- Inclement weather or poor road conditions
- Attempts to reschedule sessions cancelled due to inclement weather or road conditions will be made, pending the availability of facilities. There are no refunds for training sessions missed due to weather or teams falling below minimum numbers.

What is a team?
- A team will have 12-18 players. Club teams are encouraged to combine multiple ages to form teams.

What are expectations of the team and coach?
- Players are expected to come dressed appropriately to train as a team. Team coaches are expected to attend each training session with their team and to assist the SSM coach during the session as instructed.

How are goalkeepers included?
- Goalkeepers will be integrated into the team training sessions. Specialty training for GK’s is not part of the team training program.
